How much are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of CHF 4.90 per package for shipping. Orders over CHF 69.90 ship free .
The cost for a " Swiss Mond Express " delivery with Saturday delivery is CHF 16.-.
How quickly will my delivery be delivered?
If you order by 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day via A-Post. If the post office delivers on time, you'll have your order in your mailbox the next business day.
Please note: The post office does not collect packages on Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday delivery is only possible if you choose the " Swiss Mond Express " delivery option, which costs CHF 16 per shipment.
What should I do if my package doesn't arrive?
Please note that even Swiss Post may experience delivery delays in rare cases. If you do not receive your order within three business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact our support team .
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, we recommend taking a picture of the affected shipment and sending it to our support team at [email protected] . We will then work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To which countries is delivery possible?
We currently deliver our products exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
