If we had to choose an Elfbar system for as many vapers as possible today, it would be the Elfbar Elfa .
The Elfa device is small, handy, beautifully designed, and extremely easy to use. The pre-filled pods are simply attached to the battery carrier and can be changed with a single movement.

From disposable vape to reusable system
We have been observing the Swiss Elfbar market since 2023 and the trend is clear: disposable vapes are losing importance, reusable systems are gaining market share.
Previously, devices like the Elfbar 600 and larger disposable models dominated the market. Later, larger hybrid vapes followed. Today, demand is shifting significantly towards rechargeable mods with pre-filled 2ml pods. The Elfbar 600 Pod Kit will soon replace the last of the Elfbar disposable vapes.
Today, over 90% of vape sales in Switzerland are sustainable Elfbar reusable vapes, with hardly any single-use products sold. Price plays a key role in this. Classic disposable vapes can be more than twice as expensive in daily use as comparable prefilled pod systems.
In addition, there's the issue of battery waste: With a disposable vape, the entire battery is thrown away along with the e-liquid. With an Elfa or Elfbar 600 pod kit, only the pod is replaced, and the battery is recharged.
We expect this trend to intensify at Elfbar. Many vapers who have previously used larger pre-filled vapes will have to choose between small pre-filled pods and open pod systems in the future.

Our experience with ELFBAR since 2023
Vape Switzerland was originally entirely specialized in Elfbar and known as elfbar-schweiz.ch . Therefore, we have been familiar with the brand long before the current product generation.

For existing Elfbar 600 customers: Elfbar 600 Pod Kit
The system was specifically designed for this transition. Its design and aesthetics are more closely aligned with the familiar Elfbar 600. At the same time, the battery remains reusable.

For price-conscious vapers: ELFX + ELFLIQ
If you're willing to refill the e-liquid yourself, an open pod system is significantly cheaper in the long run.
You can get 10 ml of ELFLIQ for approximately CHF 8.–. Depending on the system, you'll also need an empty pod for a few francs.
This requires a bit more effort on your part. In our experience, some customers switch to an open system because of the price and later return to Elfa because they find refilling too complicated.
For heavy vapers: large open pod system
Those who vape a lot can quickly reach the limits of 2 ml per pod.
In this case, a large open pod system like the Elfbar Mega is usually more practical than constantly changing small prefilled pods.
