Why isn't my Elfbar Elfa working?

Sometimes the Elfbar Elfa Kit doesn't work as expected. Follow these tips to resolve the issue:

• Fully charge the battery carrier via the USB-C port
• Check that you have removed all protective films from the battery carrier and the liquid pods.
• If necessary, clean the contacts on the liquid pod and in the battery carrier
• Make sure that there is a pod in the battery carrier that is sufficiently filled with e-liquid.
• If you purchased a German device with a child lock: Pull the vape 3 times briefly to unlock the child lock

If your device still doesn't work after following the tips above, it may be defective. In this case, contact your retailer directly to request a replacement device.
